  Issuance of a certificate of appropriate content to the applicant upon the appearance of the applicant or his legal representative at the address of the unit or in the territorial Police Inspectorate Also, the certificate can be delivered both in Moldova and abroad, right to your door, through the state delivery service MDelivery (https://mdelivery.gov.md/), without the need for a personal presence at the service delivery window. *Delivery time starts from the next (business) day after the day of the ordered issuance of the certificate. The digital version of the document can be downloaded in the Citizen's Personal Cabinet (MCabinet).
