Old-age pension
Granting of a financial entitlement to persons who have reached retirement age and have completed the contribution period provided for by the legislation
Retirement age:
The retirement age for men is 63 years.
The retirement age for women is from:
- 01.07.2021 - 59 years 6 months
- 01.07.2022 - 60 years
- 01.07.2023 - 60 years 6 months
- 01.07.2024 - 61 years
- 01.07.2025 - 61 years 6 months
- 01.07.2026 - 62 years
- 01.07.2027 - 62 years 6 months
- 01.07.2028 - 63 years
For women who have given birth and raised five or more children up to the age of 8, the retirement age is reduced by 3 years from the standard retirement age for women in force on the date of the application for pension determination.
Insurance period:
The minimum insurance period is 15 years.
The full contribution period for men is 34 years.
The full contribution period for women is from:
- 01.07.2021 - 32 years 6 months
- 01.07.2022 - 33 years
- 01.07.2023 - 33 years 6 months
- 01.07.2024 - 34 years
The time limit for applying for an old-age pension is 90 days from the date of reaching retirement age
If the application and the necessary documents have been submitted after the deadline has expired, the pension will be granted from the date of submission of the application or the last necessary document.
The old-age pension is reviewed for the period of insurance completed after the pension was established, according to the legislation.
