Pension for certain categories of civil aviation employees
Granting a financial entitlement to certain categories of civil aviation employees who have reached retirement age and have completed the contribution period required by law, provided that they have ceased working in that function.
They are eligible for retirement pension, provided they have ceased to hold that post:
1.Members of train crews and flight attendants, on reaching the age of 45, if they have completed at least 25 years' service for men and 20 years for women, subject to special conditions;
2.Air traffic controllers holding a dispatcher's certificate at the age of 55 years for men and 50 years for women, if they have completed at least 12 years and 6 months' service in those capacities and at least 10 years for men and 10 years for women and a total period of at least 25 years' service for men and 20 years for women;
3. Engineers and technicians when they reach the age of 55 years for men and 50 years for women, if they have completed at least 20 years' and 15 years' service in their function and a total period of at least 25 years for men and 20 years for women.

- 4Step 4. Distribution of the benefit to the beneficiary by the selected payment method
The benefit is distributed through the government electronic payment service MPay.
