The granting of a monetary right to citizens framed as disabled as a result of participating in the liquidation of the consequences of the accident at C.A.E. Chernobyl, in the amount of actual damage recovery, regardless of length of service. Persons with disabilities, whose disabilities occurred as result of the liquidation of the consequences of the accident from C.A.E. Chernobyl.
