State social allowance for persons with severe, accentuated and medium disabilities and persons with severe, accentuated and medium childhood disabilities

Granting a monetary right to persons with a degree of severe, accentuated or medium disability, and to persons with disabilities since childhood, who do not meet the conditions for establishing the disability pension.

The persons who, when framing in disability as, do not confirm the necessary contribution period for establishing the social insurance pension, are not in full maintenance of the state.

    Step 1. Submission of the application and the necessary documents

    From 01.07.2025, the state social allowance for persons with severe, accentuated and medium disabilities and persons with severe, accentuated and medium childhood disabilities is established, ex officio, by the territorial office of social insurance based on the application and documents submitted for the establishment of the social insurance pension.

    If no application for the establishment of the social insurance pension has been submitted:

    Submission of the application and the necessary documents: a) at the CTAS counter at the applicant's residence; b) by proxy; c) by power of attorney based on the electronic signature, recorded in the Register of powers of representation based on the electronic signature

    Step 2. Processing the documents and issuing the decision

    Step 3. Forming the payments and sending the information to the government electronic payment service MPay for the distribution of the benefit amount

    Step 4. Distribution of the benefit to the beneficiary through the selected payment method
