Monthly state allowance for additional social protection of certain categories of the population

Granting a monetary right to some categories of the population from among the beneficiaries of state pensions or social allowances, and their families.

Persons with disabilities as a result of the war, intelligence and security officers, persons from the command body and from the troops of the internal affairs bodies and from the penitentiary administration system, whose disability is caused by injury, contusion or maiming during the second war world war, as well as during the performance of other military or special service duties, or is caused by ailments related to being on the front, in detachments and partisan formations, in illegal organizations and groups during the Second World War.

 Persons with disabilities from among the military, intelligence and security officers, persons from the command body and from the troops of the internal affairs bodies and from the penitentiary administration system, whose disability is caused by injury, contusion or maiming during the liquidation consequences of the accident at C.A.E. Chernobyl, during participation in combat actions on the territory of other states, during combat actions for the defence of the territorial integrity and independence of the Republic of Moldova, or is caused by ailments related to participation in the liquidation of the consequences of the accident at C.A.E. Chernobyl, including persons who were classified as disabled as a result of participating in the liquidation of the consequences of the accident, being sent on business trips by ministries, departments, enterprises and organizations, or to combat actions in peacetime, as well as persons who fell ill with an actinic disease or were classified as disabled as a result of nuclear experiences, ionizing radiation accidents and their consequences at civil or military atomic targets during the performance of military or special service, persons unfit for work, who have came in 1986 from the alienation zone and acquired the citizenship of the Republic of Moldova.

 Participants in the Second World War among the soldiers who completed their military service in the composition of the operational army, detachments and partisan formations, among the members of illegal organizations and groups, former detainees in fascist concentration camps and ghettos in other places of forced detention, created by fascist Germany and its allies during the Second World War, widows of Heroes of the Soviet Union, people who worked as civilian employees in the army of operations during the years of the Second World War, people who were in the city of Leningrad (St. Petersburg) during the blockade (September 8, 1941 - January 27, 1944), to persons trained by the local authorities to collect ammunition and military equipment, to demining the territory and objects in the years of second world war

 Surviving spouses of participants in the Second World War or peacetime combat actions, fallen into debt, or participants in the liquidation of the consequences of the damage from the C.A.E. Chernobyl deceased, or of persons with disabilities as a result of the war who died.

 The children of the participants in the Second World War or in combat actions in peacetime, fallen into debt, or of the people with disabilities as a result of the war who died, the children of the participants in the liquidation of the consequences of the accident at C.A.E. Chernobyl, deceased, until reaching the age of 18 or after this age, if they continue their studies in educational institutions at day courses until the end of their studies, but at the most until reaching the age of 23.

One of the parents of the participants in the combat actions in peacetime or in the combat actions for the defence of the territorial integrity and independence of the Republic of Moldova who fell into the military, fell into line of duty or died during the fulfilment of military service obligations within the ranks of the Soviet Army or the National Army or of the participants in the liquidation of the consequences of the accident from C.A.E. Chernobyl, die.

 The persons participating in the combat actions in Afghanistan, as well as in the combat actions on the territories of other states, from among the military and civilian employees of the Soviet Army, the Military Maritime Fleet, of the state security bodies, collaborators of the internal affairs bodies of the former U.S.S.R.; workers from these categories who were sent by the state power bodies of the former U.S.S.R. in other states and who participated in combat actions on their territory.

 Military personnel in active service, reservists called to concentration, volunteers and collaborators of internal affairs bodies, state security bodies and the penitentiary administration system, included in the workforce of military units and special structures in combat positions, as well as military personnel, collaborators of the bodies of internal affairs, of the state security bodies and of the penitentiary administration system and the civilian persons delegated to these units for the performance of special missions in order to ensure the effectiveness of combat actions for the defence of the territorial integrity and independence of the Republic of Moldova.
