Support state or single (monthly) financial

1. The following shall benefit from state financial support (monthly):

- beneficiaries of state social allowances, according to Law 499/1999 on state social allowances for certain categories of citizens;

- pension beneficiaries, according to Law 156/1998 on the public pension system, the state financial support granted until 01.04.2017 shall continue to be paid under the terms of the legislation;

- beneficiaries of state pensions and social allowances whose amount does not exceed 1500 lei.

2. Until December 26, 2025, the following shall benefit from financial support (single payment):

- beneficiaries of severe disability pensions or state social allowances for persons with severe disabilities, established under Law no. 499/1999 on state social allowances for certain categories of citizens – 5000 lei;

- mother, father or other legal representative of children with disabilities (severe, accentuated and medium degree) beneficiaries of state social allowances established under Law no. 499/1999 on state social allowances for certain categories of citizens – 5000 lei;

- mother, father or other legal representative of children born between April 1, 2020 and April 30, 2025 – 1500 lei;

3. Until December 26, 2025, (one-time) financial support for the preparation of students for the new school year benefits:

- mother, father or other legal representative of the children, who are to study in the educational system of the Republic of Moldova in grades I-IX, in the 2025/2025 school year – in the amount of 1000 lei.

No documents are required for support provided in an automated manner. For beneficiaries who submit the request in writing, a copy of the eligible person's identity document and a copy of the certificate of classification in severe disability are attached to the request. In case the request is submitted by the legal representative, in addition to the copy of the eligible person's identity document and the copy of the certificate of classification in severe disability, a copy of the legal representative's identity document and a copy of the power of attorney or other document confirming the status of legal representative are attached.

For the beneficiaries, who submit the request in writing, the copy of the identity document of the eligible person , the copy of the birth certificate of the child/children, as the case may be , the copy of the court decision or the confirmatory document from the local public administration authority, as the case may be, the confirmatory document on the classification of the child in the educational system of the Republic of Moldova, in grades I-IX, in the academic year 2025/2026 until November 14, 2025. In case the application submits the eligible person of the children with the status of temporary protection, the copy of the identity document confirming the temporary protection of the applicant and the copy of the identity document confirming the temporary protection of the child shall be attached.
