State and/or one-time financial support

The following categories are entitled to monthly state financial support:

-         beneficiaries of state social allowances, in accordance with Law No. 499/1999 on state social allowances for certain categories of citizens;

-         beneficiaries of pensions, in accordance with Law No. 156/1998 on the public pension system; the state financial support granted prior to 01.04.2017 will continue to be paid under the applicable legislation;

-         beneficiaries of pensions and state social allowances whose amount does not exceed 1500 lei.

Until the end of 2025, the following categories shall benefit from a one-time financial support:

-         recipients of severe disability pensions or state social allowances for persons with severe disabilities, established under Law No. 499/1999 on state social allowances for certain categories of citizens – 5000 lei;

-         mothers, fathers, or other legal representatives of children with disabilities (severe, accentuated, or moderate), who are beneficiaries of state social allowances established under Law No. 499/1999 on state social allowances for certain categories of citizens – 5000 lei;

-         mothers, fathers, or other legal representatives of children born between April 1, 2020, and April 30, 2025 – 1500 lei.
