  Step 1 Submission of registration application

  The application for registration with unemployed status and the Declaration on one’s own responsibility regarding meeting the conditions for registration with unemployed status can be submitted online by accessing the Request button or at the nearest NEA territorial employment subdivision.

  Step 2 Verification of meeting the eligibility conditions

  Verification that the unemployed person meets the eligible conditions for establishing the right to unemployment allowance, namely: - he does not earn income from work activities; - has activated and completed a contribution period in the public state social insurance system of at least 12 months in the last 24 months preceding the date of registration; - does not have a refusal of a suitable job and/or refusal to participate in active employment measures.

  Step 3 Issuing the decision

  Issuance of the Decision regarding the establishment of the right to unemployment allowance.

  Step 4 Transmission of information to CNAS

  Transmission of the data from the Decision on the establishment of the right to unemployment allowance to the National Social Insurance House (CNAS) through secure intersystem connections.
