Staggering the settlement of debts of late increases (penalties) towards the state social insurance budget according to the Schedule of the payment of late increases established in the Agreement on staggered repayment of debts of late increases (penalties) towards the state social insurance budget

The payers benefit from the staggered repayment of late payment increases (penalties) during the current budget year, the payers must cumulatively meet the following conditions:

a) declarations regarding the calculation and use of mandatory state social insurance contributions submitted for all periods provided by the legislation in force;

b) lack of debts for the payment of mandatory state social insurance contributions and fines;

c) the full and timely transfer of the amount of current obligations to the state social insurance budget.

    Step 1. Filing a request for an instalment of late payments

    The application for installment payment shall be submitted:

    a) online by clicking the Apply button;

    b) at the TOSI in accordance with the place of establishment for the request for installment payment of arrears (penalties) in the amount of the amount recorded and unpaid at the date of the request.

    Step. 2. Verification of the fulfilment of the conditions for granting the staggered repayment of late payment increases

    Step 3. Conclusion of the Agreement for the staggered payment of late payment increases (penalties) with the state social insurance budget or the written notification of the payer about the rejection of the request

    Step 4. Verification of the payer's compliance with the conditions established in the Escalation Agreement and termination of the Agreement if the payer does not meet the established conditions

    If the payer does not fulfill the conditions set out in the Agreement, the Agreement may be terminated.
