Annual material aid for persons assimilated to war participants from among the categories specified in art. 7 paragraph (2) point 2) letters a)-c) and e) of the Law no. 190/2003 regarding veterans and for persons trained by the local public administration authorities to collect munitions and military equipment, demining the territory and objects during the years of the Second World War

They are entitled to annual material aid:

Persons assimilated to war participants :

-      military personnel, including those in reserve (retirement), and civilian employees , decorated with orders and medals for impeccable military service, who performed their military service during the period 22.06.1941–03.09.1945 in military units , military institutions , military educational institutions , which were not part of the active army;

-      persons who were in the city of Leningrad (St. Petersburg) during the blockade (08.09.1941 – 27.01.1944), decorated with the badge "Resident of the city of Leningrad in the blockade" or the medal "For the defense of Leningrad";

-      persons decorated with orders or medals for selfless work during the years of World War II, who, during the period 22.06.1941 - 09.05.1945, worked behind the front for at least 6 months, except for periods of work in the temporarily occupied territories of the former USSR;

former prisoners of concentration camps, ghettos and other places of detention forced , created by fascist Germany and its allies during World War II.
