Monthly state allowance for war veterans and their family members

Granting a monetary right to war veterans and their family members.

War veteran (participant in combat actions):

-participant in combat actions to defend the territorial integrity and independence of the Republic of Moldova

-participant in combat actions in Afghanistan

-participant in combat actions on the territory of other states

-participant in the collection of ammunition and military equipment, in the demining of the territory and objects in the period after the combat actions to defend the territorial integrity and independence of the Republic of Moldova

-participant in the Second World War

War veteran (with disability):

- disability is caused by participation in combat actions to defend the territorial integrity and independence of the Republic of Moldova;

- disability is caused by participation in combat actions on the territory of other states;

- disability is caused by participation in combat actions in Afghanistan;

- disability is caused by participation in World War II.

Family members of war veterans who fell in the line of duty and family members of deceased war disabled persons are granted as follows:

a) for the spouse or one of the parents of the war veteran who fell in the line of duty;

b) for the spouse of the deceased war disabled person;

c) for the children of deceased war disabled persons.

    a) at the TOSI counter at place of domicile;

    b) by proxy;

    c) by power of attorney based on the electronic signature, recorded in the Register of powers of representation based on the electronic signature.
