Granting a unique financial support in the event of the death of uninsured persons in the public social insurance system
The person who can be, as the case may be, the surviving spouse, the children up to 18 years of age (including those who were stillborn) or, if they studied at the full-time at an educational institution - until graduation, but until reaching the age of 23, as well as children with disabilities, regardless of age, if the disability was ascertained before reaching the mentioned ages, the parent, guardian, curator in accordance with the legislation or, in the absence thereof, the person who proves that borne the expenses caused by the death.
