Certificate of security - an approval document which certifies that the installation (or equipment) which contains ionizing radiation sources, means of transportation of radioactive sources and packaging and transportation container comply with the technical standards, rules, norms and technical requirements, that regulate the safe operation of nuclear or radiological installations

- 1Submitting of notification
The applicant (or his legal representative) by clicking the “Submit” button (https://actpermisiv.gov.md/#/ep/permit/12) personally or with the help of an administrator submits a notification (a written document in the established form, whereby an individual or a legal entity notifies the National Agency of its intention to initiate the procedure for obtaining of the Certificate of security)

In the evaluation process, the National Agency may, as appropriate, carry out visits to the territory to confirm what is presented by the applicant, drawing up an Evaluation Act, with the indication of the deadline for correction of the non-conformities.
- 3Application for Certificate of security
Upon receiving the notification regarding the inclusion in the requirements indicated in the Evaluation Act, the applicant can submit an application for obtaining the Certificate of security by accessing the Request button (https://actpermisiv.gov.md/#/ep/permit/152)

After signing of the Certificate of security, the applicant (or his legal representative) receives an electronic notification, downloads the Certificate of security and confirms receipt of the document. If the permit is issued in paper form, the recipient of the Certificate of security prints it out and delivers it to the Applicant (or his legal representative) and confirms receipt.
