Hive passport

Obtaining the passport of the beehive (prisăcii). The hive passport is a document (form no. 2-Ap) issued by the National Agency for Food Safety, which indicates the owner of the hive, legal address, place of registration at the station, number of bee families, breed, state supervision. In animal husbandry and sanitary-veterinary supervision, the terms and nature of the measures for the prevention and control of bee diseases, the addresses of the location of the apiary in the pastoral.

    Step 1. Submit your application

    The hive passport application form: is automatically generated by the BeeProtect Information System; is physically submitted to the STSA headquarters; or is sent to the e-mail: info@ansa.gov.md.

    Step 2. Verification of the information and documents submitted

    Upon submission, the STSA inspector checks the application and attached documents for compliance with the legal framework. For the registration and issuance of the beehive passport, the beehive owner who can be of different legal forms, such as: peasant households, limited liability companies, joint-stock companies, individual enterprises, as well as individuals are obliged to submit to the animal husbandry inspectors/veterinarians of the territorial subdivisions for food safety, the certificate or attestation issued by the local council, the town hall with the information that he is the beehive owner and resident of the respective locality. He shall also submit copies of identity documents, household registration certificates, location of the apiary. Any establishment is entitled to register its activity, regardless of the number of hives in existence.If the documents submitted are not in order, an on-the-spot check is carried out on the spot to inspect and confirm that the producer/applicant complies with the requirements and standards in animal husbandry and veterinary and sanitary matters.

    Payment against invoice by the applicant at post offices/banks and via Mpay.
