  Step 1. Submission of the application

  Submission of the application and relevant documents is carried out quarterly:

  1) online - by accessing the "Request" button (through the automated information system for the management and issuance of permits (SIA GEAP));

  2) at the Agency's office at the address: Chisinau municipality, 48 Sergiu Lazo str.;

  3) or sent to the Agency by e-mail: info@agcc.gov.md

  Step 2. Reception/rejection of the request

  The Secretary of the Certification Commission receives the application and issues to the applicant the certificate confirming the receipt of the application and the relevant documents, in the manner in which the application was submitted.

  Step 3. Examination of the application

  The certification commission in the field of geodesy, cartography, topographic surveys and geoinformatics examines the application with the documents presented by the applicant and adopts the decision regarding admission or rejection to the written test of the certification procedure.

  Step 4. Information regarding the conduct of the certification procedure

  Publication on the AGCC web page https://agcc.gov.md/ of the Announcement regarding the date, time and place of the written test and interview of the certification procedure.

  Step 5. Organizing/conducting the written test for admitted applicants

  Conducting the written test by the Commission with the approval of the list of candidates admitted to the interview.

  Step 6.Arranging/conducting the interview for admitted candidates

  Conducting the interview by the Commission with the approval of the list of candidates who took the interview.

  Step 7. Information regarding the final results of the certification procedure

  Publication on the AGCC web page https://agcc.gov.md/ of the Announcement regarding the final results of the certification procedure, the Commission's decision regarding the support of the interview and the issuance of the topographical and cartographic certificate for the supported category.

  Step 8. Issuing the certificate

  The topographical and cartographic certificate is issued to the applicant, either personally or through a representative authorized by law, at the Agency's headquarters at 48 Serghei Lazo str.
