  Step 1: Submission of the Application

  The application and required documents are to be submitted at the AGCC headquarters at the address: Serghei Lazo Street 48, Chișinău, MD-2004 or sent via email to: info@agcc.gov.md.

  Step 2. Examination of the application

  The examination of the application by the Certification Commission and the issuance of the decision regarding acceptance/suspension/rejection of the application.

  Step 3. Examination and acceptance for the certification procedure

  The real estate valuers' certification commission examines the applications and accepts the applicants for the certification procedure.

  Step 4. Organizing the certification procedure

  Organization of the certification procedure: examination of the valuation report(s) submitted, written test, and oral test.

  Step 5. Notification of the results

  The applicants are informed of the certification procedure results via email or by mail.

  Step 6. Issuing the decision

  The certification commission issues the decision regarding the issuance of the real estate valuer certificate to the applicants who have completed the certification procedure.

  Step 7. Issuance of the certificate

  The issuance of the real estate valuer's certificate takes place at the Agency's office.
