    Step 1. Submission of the request

    Natural and legal persons submit the application on paper or in electronic format to the territorial subdivision of the control body within its scope of activity.

    Step 2. Payment of the service

    Pay for the services provided according to the consumption voucher. Payment for the service can be made through the government electronic payment service MPay or at the bank counter.

    Step 3. Inspection and sampling

    The phytosanitary control body moves to the site, inspects the plants, plant products during the vegetation period, through their visual examination in order to identify harmful organisms, including quarantine ones and, if necessary, takes samples for the laboratory expertise of the plants.

    Step 4. Perfecting the phytosanitary control act

    Perfecting the phytosanitary control documents of plants, plant products, the place of production and issuing it at the counter of the subdivision to which the request was submitted.
