Professional training of a professional user of plant protection products of hazard categories 1 and 2 of acute oral/dermal toxicity

In the context of achieving the major objective of promoting Good Agricultural Practices and the Sustainable Use of Pesticides, the National Agency for Food Safety, in partnership with USAID, developed the digital platform https://elearning.ansa.gov.md/ and the training course "Using sustainable use of pesticides", in accordance with the general criteria established by Government Decision no. 42/2020, intended for users and distributors of phytosanitary products.

The training course contains the requirements for the sustainable use of plant protection products in order to reduce risks and their effects on human health and the environment, by promoting integrated pest management and alternative techniques, such as non-chemical methods for plant protection. The course includes 13 professional training topics, video presentations, mandatory reading materials (sections from laws and regulations, guides and official publications, case studies) and optional materials (instructive video materials with Romanian subtitles, etc.).
