    Examination

    1.     The issuing authority (specialist) opens the case, reviews the declaration and supporting documents, and verifies compliance with the conditions. If any required documents/information specified by the legislation are missing, the issuing authority (specialist) will suspend the examination period for the declaration and immediately inform the applicant of the suspension grounds, specifying the deadline and actions required for resuming the examination.

    2.     Based on the complete set of documents, the specialist examines the case and organizes internal reviews to decide on the issuance of the license.

    3.     If the issuance of the permit is approved, the applicant (or their legal representative) receives an electronic notification and pays the fee through the M-pay service or at the bank.

    4.     The specialist finalizes the permit or drafts a rejection letter, providing appropriate justification based on legal provisions, and directly informs the applicant. This occurs only if the applicant does not meet the conditions explicitly specified in the law or fails to demonstrate compliance with these conditions during the suspension of the examination period, which will be reviewed and signed by the director of the issuing authority.
