  The economic operator submits the application to the territorial subdivision of ANSA, within the radius of which the importer operates.

  Step 2. Payment of the fee for the service provided

  After submitting the application for the issue of the certificate of quality of propagating and planting material imported, the economic operator shall make the payment for the service to be rendered. The service may be paid for through the government electronic payment service MPay.

  Step 3. Processing the application and attached documents

  The inspector responsible for the certification of planting material in the territorial subdivision of ANSA checks the correctness of the application and accompanying documents, the correspondence of the data in the application with the accompanying documents.

  Decision on the acceptance, postponement or rejection of the application for a quality certificate for imported propagating and planting material.

  Preparation of the analytical report by the inspector.

  The issuance of the Certificate of Quality of propagating and planting material imported takes place at the ANSA territorial counter.
