Certificate of quality of imported propagating and planting material - a standardized document confirming the authenticity and compliance of propagating and planting material with the technical requirements of the Republic of Moldova, issued by the territorial subdivisions of the National Agency for Food Safety.
Obtaining this certificate starts with the submission of the application by the economic agents registered for the production and/or commercialization of propagating and planting material, legal persons in accordance with paragraph. (5) Article 19 (5) of Law 68/2013 (as well as, if necessary, natural persons), requesting the issuance of the "Certificate of quality of imported propagating and planting material".

The economic operator submits the application to the territorial subdivision of ANSA, within the radius of which the importer operates.

- 2Step 2. Payment of the fee for the service provided
After submitting the application for the issue of the certificate of quality of propagating and planting material imported, the economic operator shall make the payment for the service to be rendered. The service may be paid for through the government electronic payment service MPay.

Preparation of the analytical report by the inspector.

The issuance of the Certificate of Quality of propagating and planting material imported takes place at the ANSA territorial counter.
