Indemnity for raising a child older than 3 years old adopted or placed in foster care
Granting financial support that is established and granted through the public social insurance system to the insured person for the upbringing of the adopted or fostered child in the guardianship/ service.
The monthly allowance for raising a child older than 3 years old adopted or taken into foster care service is established to the insured who adopted a child older than 3 years old or took him into foster care service and is on child care leave of up to 6 months at all the units in which he works and confirms the required total contribution period of at least 3 years or at least 9 months completed in the last 24 months prior to the date of approval of the adoption or issuance of the provision placement of the child in guardianship/trusteeship service.
