Single indemnity for the child adopted or placed in foster care
Granting of financial support that is established and granted through the public social insurance system to the insured person in the event of the adoption of a child or his placement in the guardianship/trusteeship service.
Single indemnity for the child adopted or placed in the guardianship service is established for the insured who adopted a child or placed him in the guardianship service and is on paid leave for up to 90 days at all the units in which they carry out activities and confirm the required period of total contributions of at least 3 years or at least 9 months from the last 24 months preceding the date of approval of the adoption or the issuance of the order to place the child in the guardianship service.
