Granting financial support that is established and granted through the public social insurance system to the insured person in the case of entrusting an adoptable child.
The single indemnity for the period of custody of the adoptable child is set for the insured who intends to adopt a child for the period indicated in the disposition of the territorial guardianship authority, but not less than 60 days and not more than 90 days, if they confirm the internship contribution required for a total of at least 3 years or at least 9 months of the last 24 months preceding the date of issuance of the order to entrust the adoptable child
