  Submitting an application

  Applications for rehabilitation are accepted from Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 12:00 and from 13:00 to 17:00 at the address: mun. Chisinau, bul. Stefan cel Mare 75 (tel. 022-255-234, 022-255-207). Documents that must be attached to the application: 1. Documents of the civil state, confirming the relationship with the repressed (original and copy); 2. ID card (passport), original and copy; 3. For persons born in places of deportation before the liberation of their parents - the original birth certificate and its copy;

  Receiving the result of the service

  The Commission of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Rehabilitation of Victims of Political Repressions, based on the results of the study of archival materials, within the powers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs established by the Law of the Republic of Moldova No. 1225-XII of 08.12.1992 “on the rehabilitation of victims of political repressions”, issues the following documents: - Certificate of rehabilitation; - Decision to refuse in rehabilitation. In the same way, other information from deportation cases may be issued, in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Legislation.
