Disability indemnity as a result of a work accident or an occupational disease
Granting a monetary right to insured persons who have lost their ability to work totally or by at least 35%, to whom a disability pension has been established as a result of a work accident or an occupational disease.
Insureds who have lost their ability to work totally or by at least 35% due to a work accident or an occupational disease have the right to the allowance, provided they receive a disability pension caused by a work accident or an occupational disease according to the legislation.
