Granting a monetary right to people with severe disabilities bedridden, who suffered as a result of the consequences of the accident C.A.E. Chernobyl.
The person with a severe degree of disability if the disability occurred as a result of participating in the liquidation of the consequences of the accident at C.A.E. Chernobyl, bedridden in bed or who fell ill with actinic disease or became a person with disabilities following nuclear experiments, ionizing radiation accidents and their consequences at civilian or military atomic targets.
