State social allowance for care, accompaniment and supervision
Granting a monetary right to persons who care for, accompany and supervise at home a disabled child under the age of 18, persons with severe childhood disabilities or persons with severe blind disabilities.
Person who cares for, accompanies and supervises at home a disabled child under the age of 18 and is not a beneficiary of the personal assistance service.
Person with severe childhood disabilities, beneficiary of a pension or allowance and who is not fully supported by the state and is not a beneficiary of the personal assistance service.
Person with severe blind disabilities who is not fully supported by the state and is not a beneficiary of the personal assistance service.

- 1Step 1: Submitting an application and necessary documents
From 01.07.2025 the state social allowance for care, accompaniment and supervision is established, ex officio, by the territorial office of social insurance as a result of the establishment of the social insurance pension or state social allowance.
In case of submitting the application in person:
Submitting of application and required documents a) at the TOSI at the applicant's personal address b) by proxy; c) by proxy based on electronic signature, recorded in the Register of Powers of Attorney based on electronic signature; d) electronically by the portal www.servicii.gov.md or www.cnas.gov.md.

- 3Step 3. Forming the payments and sending the information to the government electronic payment service MPay for the distribution of the benefit amount
- 4Step 4. Distribution of the benefit to the beneficiary through the selected payment method
