Extract from the State Register of Vehicles (including electronic)

Issuing the extract from the State Register of Vehicles (attestation), concerning:

the confirmation of registration of the vehicle or its deletion from the State Register of Vehicles;
the confirmation of possession of the vehicle by natural and legal persons;
the confirmation of the absence in the State Register of Vehicles of prohibitions on the vehicle;
the confirmation of the registration in the State Register of Vehicles of prohibitions on the vehicle.

Issuing the extract from the State Register of Vehicles (in the form of an electronic document), concerning:

the confirmation of vehicle registration in the State Register of Vehicles ;
the confirmation of ownership of vehicles .

As an applicant may act the natural person or legal entity, which holds the ownership of vehicles registered in the State Register of Vehicles, as well as the person delegated by MPower power of representation.

Step 1. Submitting the application
The application can be submitted:
1) online by accessing the Apply button (only services marked with the letter "e"), an electronic signature is required to submit the application (the extracts issued will be released exclusively in electronic form on the MCabinet Citizen's Portal);
2) at the counter of the structural subdivision of the PSA.

Step 2. Paying for the service
Payment of the tariff for the requested service through the Government Electronic Payment Service MPay.

Step 3. Issuing the extract
After generating an Extract, the applicant or his/her legal representative receives an electronic notification, with the possibility of downloading the electronic document directly from the applicant's personal cabinet or e-mail (only services marked with letter "e").
Upon request, the document can be issued on paper to the applicant or his/her legal representative, or to the representative authorized by a power of attorney authenticated by a notary or other persons authorized by law with such a function, or to the representative authorized by MPower.

Issuing the extract from the State Register of Vehicles up to 5 vehicles:
1) At the time of addressing, in case of automatic generation (in real time) of the extract in the form of an electronic document (only services marked with letter "e"), ordered via web applications. An electronic signature is required to submit the application.
2) 10 Working days - at the counter of the structural subdivision of the PSA.
According to point 17 of Annex no. 3 to Government Decision no. 996 /2020, the following categories of persons are entitled to concessions for the services of issuing extracts from the information resources of the Public Services Agency on paper, which are provided free of charge, within the maximum time limit set for the provision of the service in question (10 working days):
- persons with severe, accentuated or moderate disability, at their personal request or through a representative authorized by a power of attorney authenticated by a notary or other persons authorized by law to perform such functions;
- pensioners receiving old-age pensions under Law no. 156 /1998 on the public pension system, at their personal request or through a representative authorized by a power of attorney authenticated by a notary or other persons empowered by law to do so.

- 10 working days - 1010 MDL;
- 5 working days - 2020 MDL.

Issuing the extract from the State Register of Vehicles from 21 to 50 vehicles:
- 10 working days - 520 MDL;
- 5 working days - 1040 MDL.

- 10 working days - 180 MDL;

- from 21 to 50 vehicles - 420 MDL;
- from 51 to 100 vehicles - 810 MDL;
- more than 100 vehicles - 1320 MDL;
