Issue of the extract from the State Register of Vehicle Drivers (attestation) concerning:

the confirmation of possession of the right to drive, categories of driving licenses, as well as driving licenses issued;
the confirmation of the validity and authenticity of the driving license held;
the confirmation of not being entitled to drive means of transport.

Step 1. Submitting the application
The application can be submitted:
1) online by accessing the Apply button, an electronic signature is required to submit the application (the extracts issued will be released exclusively in electronic form on the MCabinet Citizen's Portal);
2) at the counter of the structural subdivision of PSA.

Step 2. Paying for the service
Payment of the tariff for the requested service through the Government Electronic Payment Service MPay.

Step 3. Issuing the extract
After generating an Extract, the applicant or his/her legal representative receives an electronic notification, with the possibility of downloading the electronic document directly from the applicant's personal cabinet or e-mail.
Upon request, the document can be issued on paper to the applicant or his/her legal representative, or to the representative authorized by a power of attorney authenticated by a notary or other persons authorized by law with such a function, or to the representative authorized by MPower.
