- 1Step 1. Submitting of application and required documents
From 01.07.2025 the state social allowance for the elderly people is established, ex officio, by the territorial office of social insurance based on the application and documents submitted for the establishment of the social insurance pension.
If no application for the establishment of the social insurance pension has been submitted:
Submitting of application and required documents a) at the TOSI at the applicant's personal address b) by proxy; c) by proxy based on electronic signature, recorded in the Register of Powers of Attorney based on electronic signature; d) electronically by the portal www.servicii.gov.md or www.cnas.gov.md.
- 2Step 2. Distribution of Benefits through MPay
Alocația socială se achită prin metoda aleasă de beneficiar:
- card bancar;
- la oficiul Poștei Moldovei.
