Information about job vacancies
Purpose:
To facilitate the matching of job demand and supply, supporting both employers and job seekers.
Employers are required to report all job vacancies, including vacancies created and/or reserved for the employment of persons with disabilities, within 5 working days of the date on which they become vacant.
Beneficiaries:
Employers on the territory of the Republic of Moldova;
Job seekers, including the unemployed.

- 1Step 1 Declaration of job vacancies
Information about job(s) that have become vacant takes place in 4 ways:
Method no. 1 Submitting the form
Written information, by employers submitting/sending a form containing information on the vacant job(s) to the Territorial Subdivision within whose radius they have their legal address or within whose radius the workplace address is. The original form can be submitted directly to the headquarters of the Territorial Subdivision, can be sent by post (in an envelope, on paper) or a copy can be sent by fax or a photocopy by e-mail.
Method no.2 www.angajat.md
Publication by employers of the list of vacant jobs on the portal www.angajat.md, without the obligation to inform the Territorial Subdivision in writing.
Method no. 3 By phone
Informing by telephone of the Territorial Subdivision by employers within whose radius they have their legal address or within whose radius the workplace address is, about the job(s) that have become vacant, without the obligation to inform the Territorial Subdivision in writing.
Method no. 4 Google Forms
Employers' transmission of brief information about the job(s) that have become vacant to the Territorial Subdivision within whose radius they have their legal address or within whose radius the workplace address is, using Google Forms.

The territorial subdivision official verifies the correctness of the completion of the job declaration form. If the information about the vacant job(s) is incomplete or contains discriminatory elements based on criteria of race, nationality, ethnic origin, language, religion, beliefs, sex, age, disability, opinion, political affiliation, wealth, social origin or any other criterion, the employer is informed and requested to submit information about the job(s) that have become vacant completely or without discriminatory elements.

The territorial subdivision official identifies the suitable candidate according to the requirements submitted by the employer, from among the registered unemployed and job seekers, issuing them the Job Placement Form. The candidate applies to the employer for the job. The employer will complete the Employment Notice by filling in the information about the employment or the reason for refusing to employ the candidate.
