Certificate of registration as a payer of state social insurance budget for certain categories of persons (not covered by Law 220/2007)

According to the provisions of the Article 58 of Law no. 158/2008 on the public function and the status of civil servants, civil servants who have violated the provisions of the reference field legal framework are sanctioned.

The following disciplinary sanctions shall apply: a) warning; b) reprimand; c) severe reprimand; d) suspension of the right to be promoted within two years; e) dismissal from public function; f) demotion in qualification.
