Certificate on the Real Estate Register entries

The certificate on the entries in the Real Estate Register is information about the up-to-date entries contained in the Real Estate Register, which includes official data regarding the real estate identified by cadastral number (address or location, area, way of use); the owner of the property right and the documents under which the property right was registered; data regarding other registered real rights, notations and restrictions (encumbrances, prohibitions) established on the immovable property and the ownership right over it. The certificate without personal data: IDNP and address of the holders, can be requested by any person.

    Step 1. Submission of request

The request can be submitted in two ways:

    1) Online - by pressing the Request button. The online service is accessible both to people with an electronic/or mobile signature and to citizens who do not have an electronic identity. People with an electronic/or mobile signature by logging into the system will sign the request electronically and can receive the documents exclusively in electronic format from the MCabinet Citizen's Portal (https://mcabinet.gov.md) or they can order the documents with door-to-door delivery through the governmental service MDelivery (https://mdelivery.gov.md). Individuals, as owners of their immovable property who do not have an electronic identity, can submit the request online without authenticating themselves and request delivery on paper through the government delivery service MDelivery or they can pick up the document at the counter of the Multifunctional Center, and the applicants such as heirs, persons authorized by power of attorney from the notary as well as other categories of applicants can submit the request online, but when the document is issued, they must come in person to authenticate their identity at the counter of the Multifunctional Center by showing the identity card and, as the case may be, other original confirmative documents.

    2) At the counter in the PSA Multifunctional Center within the area of activity of the Territorial Cadastral Service where the building is located.
