The request can be submitted in two ways:

    1) Online - by pressing the Request button. The online service is accessible both to people with an electronic/or mobile signature and to citizens who do not have an electronic identity. Individuals, as owners of their immovable property who do not have an electronic identity, can submit the request online without authenticating themselves and request delivery on paper through the MDelivery government delivery service or they can pick up the document at the counter of the Multifunctional Center, and applicants such as heirs, persons empowered by power of attorney from the notary as well as other categories of applicants can submit the request online, but when the document is issued, they must come to the counter of the multifunctional center to authenticate their identity by showing the identity card and, as the case may be, other original confirmative documents.
