  Step 1. Submission of the request

  The service contract with the Real Estate Cadastre Public Institution is concluded at the Institution's headquarters, at the address: Chisinau municipality, 47 Pușkin str., MD-2012.

  Step 2. Payment for the service

  Payment for the service is made through the MPay government electronic payment service.

  Step 3. Sending the report for verification

  The survey report is submitted through the SIA OTRS application – https://receptie.cadastru.md. The service applicant obtains access to SIA OTRS following the signing of the service contract with the Real Estate Cadastre Public Institution.

  Step 4. Examining the cadastral survey report

  Examination of the cadastral survey report by the responsible person within the specialized subdivision of Real Estate Cadastre PI. If the survey report and the digital package meet the requirements, the cadastral survey is received.

  Step 5. Drawing up and issuing the Notice

  Preparation and transmission of the Notice of receipt of the cadastral survey through SIA OTRS.
