Making notations in the Real Estate Register
The recording in the Real Estate Register of claim rights, legal facts and legal relationships related to the registered real estate (e.g. the lease / rental contract, the pre-contract, the prohibition of alienation or the encumbrance of the registered right, others provided by law).
Requirements for applicants: The service can be requested by the right holder, by the person entitled according to the legal framework. In case of noting a lease/rental contract, that has not been notarized, both sides of the contract will come to the registrar's counter.

- 1Step 1. Submission of request
The request is submitted at the counter of the Multifunctional Center within the area of the territorial cadastral service where the real estate is located.
- 2Step 2. Paying for the service
The payment for the service is made through the MPay government electronic payment service: https://mpay.gov.md/

a) Requesting files from the archive in TCS where there is no SMAE-ELO; b) Obtaining the file from the archive in TCS where there is no SMAE_ELO; c) Examination of documents; d) Taking the decision regarding noting, extending the examination term, rejecting noting, as the case may be; e) Processing the decision to extend the examination term, to reject, as the case may be.
- 4Step 4. Registering or modifying entries in the register
a) Creating entries in the register; b) Filing of documents; c) Applying the seal to the document, as appropriate; d) Confirmation of the execution of request.
- 5Step 5. Returning the documents and submitting the file
a) Returning documents and submission of the file; b) Archiving the file; c) Issuance of documents, as the case may be.
