  Step 1. Submission of request

  The application is submitted:1) online, by notaries, by accessing the Request button; 2) by citizens - it will be submitted at the population service counter within the CM, according to the schedule. When submitting the application, it is previously verified, the cadastral materials are examined and a decision is made to accept or reject the application.

  Step 2. Request processing

  a) Requesting files from the archive in TCS where there is no SMAE-ELO; b) Obtaining the file from the archive of TCS where there is no SMAE_ELO; c) Preparation of documents for registration or for making changes; d) Making the decision regarding registration, correcting errors, extending the registration term, rejecting registration, as the case may be; e) Processing the decision to correct the errors / to extend the registration term, to reject, as the case may be.

  Step 3. Registering or changing entries in the register

  a) Making entries in the register; b) Filing of documents; c) Applying the seal to the document; d) Confirmation of the execution of request.

  Step 4. Returning the documents and submitting the file

  The documents will be received in the following ways:1) online - in the applicant's personal office, and notaries will receive within the application submission platform;2) at the headquarters of the Territorial Cadastral Service, within whose radius of activity the real estate is located, with the exception of the municipality of Chisinau, the districts of Soldanesti and Criuleni. 3) delivery to the applicant's home through the government delivery service MDelivery. The notary will indicate the applicant's home address in the delivery request.
