Current registration of ownership rights
Registration of the right of ownership over an immovable property registered in the Real Estate Register, acquired because of a transaction or by inheritance. Requirements for applicants: the holder of the registered right or the authorized person in the established manner.

- 1Step 1. Submission and receipt of the request
The request is submitted at the counter of the PSA territorial multifunctional centers according to the schedule. When the request is submitted, it is checked in advance, the cadastral materials are examined, and the decision is taken to accept or reject the request.

Requesting and picking up files from the archive in TCS where there is no electronic archive; Examining documents for registration or making changes; Making the decision regarding registration, correcting errors, extending the registration term, rejecting registration, as the case may be; Processing the decision to correct the errors / to extend the registration term, to reject, as the case may be. Making entries in the register; Filing of documents; Application of the 'Registered' seal, or the 'Settled' or 'Change of cadastral number' stamp to the document; Confirmation of the execution of request.
