  Step 1. Submission and receipt of the request

  The application is submitted:1) online, by notaries, by accessing the Request button; 2) by citizens - at the counter of the ASP territorial multifunctional centers according to the schedule. When submitting the application, it is previously verified, the cadastral materials are examined and a decision is made to accept or reject the application.

  Step 2. Payment for the service

  The payment for the service can be made through the MPay government electronic payment service: https://mpay.gov.md

  Step 3. Execution of request

  Requesting and picking up files from the archive in TCS where there is no electronic archive; Examining documents for registration or making changes; Making the decision regarding registration, correcting errors, extending the registration term, rejecting registration, as the case may be; Processing the decision to correct the errors / to extend the registration term, to reject, as the case may be. Making entries in the register; Filing of documents; Application of the 'Registered' seal, or the 'Settled' or 'Change of cadastral number' stamp to the document; Confirmation of the execution of request.

  Step 4. Issuance of documents

  The documents will be received in the following ways:1) online - in the applicant's personal office, and notaries will receive within the application submission platform;2) at the headquarters of the Territorial Cadastral Service, within whose radius of activity the real estate is located, with the exception of the municipality of Chisinau, the districts of Soldanesti and Criuleni. 3) delivery to the applicant's home through the government delivery service MDelivery. The notary will indicate the applicant's home address in the delivery request.
