Issuance of the extract from the State Register of Administrative-Territorial Units and Addresses
The extract from the State Register of Administrative-Territorial Units and Addresses (RSUATA) contains information about the address assigned to the addressable object. It contains the alphanumeric and graphic information of the address registered in RSUATA.
The extract is issued for an address based on the request submitted by the owner of the real estate or his representative.
The information provided from the Register (the extract), authenticated by the authorized person, has legal force and constitutes proof of the address of the immovable property.
Information from the State Register of administrative-territorial units and addresses is public and can be viewed by any person without justifying the interest on the thematic portal: https://www.cadastru.md/ecadastru/

- 1Step 1. Submission of request.
The request is submitted by the owner of the immovable property or his representative to the Multifunctional Centers within the area of the territorial cadastral service where the respective immovable property is located.

Examination of information from the State Register of administrative-territorial units and addresses, cadastral materials and information from the digital cadastral plan.
- 3Step 3. Drawing up the extract.
Completion of the act corresponding to section 28 of Annex No. 2 of Government Decision No. 1518/2003.
- 4Step 4. Issuance of the document to the applicant.
The extract is issued at the counter of the multifunctional center.
