  Cererea se depune la ghișeul registratorului, din cadrul Centrului multifuncțional, în a cărei rază de activitate se află bunul imobil. La depunerea cererii se examinează materialele cadastrale și se ia decizia de acceptare sau respingere a cererii.

  The cadastral registrar or engineer prepares the information from the cadastral archive about the real estate property, about the history of the legal and technical situation of the real estate property, according to the data from the technical inventory file, the cadastral file or the real estate register, depending on what is requested in the application.

  Issuance of documents at the headquarters of the territorial cadastral service, within whose area of activity the real estate is located, with the exception of Chisinau municipality, Soldanesti district and Criuleni.
