  Step 1. Submitting the application

  The applicant (or the authorized representative according to the law) submits the application and the necessary documents for the provision of the service of identification of the name, surname, place name:

  1) at the Terminology and Linguistic Services Department, Chisinau mun., 47 Aleksandr Pushkin str., 3rd floor, offices 324 and 325;

  2) by e-mail: terminologie@asp.gov.md

  Step 2. Paying for the service

  Payment of the tariff for the requested service through the Government Electronic Payment Service MPay.

  Step 3. Examination of the application

  During the examination, the specialist consults the legal framework, other sources of information: dictionaries, printed and electronic encyclopaedias.

  Afterwards, he/she prepares and signs the Certificate of identification of the name, surname and place name on the letterhead of the Registration and Licensing Department of the Legal Entities of the PSA (Terminology and Language Services Section), in 2 copies, one for the applicant and the other for the applicant's file.

  Step 4. Receiving the certificate

  The certificate of identification of the name, surname, forename and locality is issued to the applicant at the PSA counter.
