Issuing of a financial document granting the right to balneosanatorial treatment to persons who have suffered from the Chernobyl E.A.C. disaster and to certain categories of persons.Persons who have suffered from the Chernobyl disaster and employees of high-risk subdivisions, who have contracted an actinic disease or become disabled and their children up to the age of 18.

The person responsible in the TOSI shall inform the applicant of the availability of the treatment ticket by telephone, letter and/or e-mail and, where appropriate, by registered letter with advice of deliveryю
- 4Step 4. Confirmation by the applicant of the possibility of use of the balneosanatorial treatment ticket
The applicant, by telephone or by physical presentation at the TOSI, informs about the availability to use the ticket.
- 5Step 5. Issuance of the decision and issuance of the balneosanatorial treatment ticket
- 6Step 6. Submission by the beneficiary of the detachable voucher confirming the use of the balneosanatorial treatment ticket
Within 20 days after the end of the treatment, the beneficiary presents to the CTAS at the place of residence, the detachable coupon confirming the use of the balneosanatorial treatment ticket.
