  Step 1. Submission of the application and related documents

  The application is submitted online by accessing the Request button (https://actpermisiv.gov.md/#/ep/permit/10) or at the MMDA counter, Chisinau municipality, 2/1 Korolenco str.

  Step 2. Evaluation and verification of submitted documents

  The issuing authority (specialist) opens the case, examines the application and accompanying documents, verifies compliance with the conditions. In the case of finding the lack of necessary documents/information expressly provided by the legislation, the issuing authority (specialist) will suspend the term for examination of the application and will immediately inform the applicant of this fact with the specification and description of the basis for the suspension, the term and remedial actions to initiate the examination of the application .

  The specialist examines the case and organizes additional internal examinations for the decision to issue the permit. Thus, the police bodies in the territorial area where the activity will be carried out will be requested to carry out an unannounced control in order to establish the compliance of the rooms with the technical requirements for the rooms and objectives where narcotic substances, psychotropic substances and/or precursors are stored.

  Step 3. Issuance, extension or refusal to issue the authorization

  The specialist completes the permissive act or writes a letter of rejection, with an appropriate justification based on the provisions of the law, with the direct notification of the applicant and only if the applicant does not meet the conditions expressly specified in the law or, as the case may be, does not demonstrate the meeting of these conditions in during the suspension of the term for examination of the request, which will be examined and signed by the director of the issuing authority. Thus, in the event that the control report issued by the police bodies attests to the absence of deviations from the requirements of the legislation, the specialist perfects the permissive act (or writes a letter of refusal in the case of the existence of deviations from the requirements of the legislation), which will be examined and signed by the Director of the Agency.

  When the permit (letter) is ready, the Applicant (legal representative) receives an electronic notification, downloads the permit and confirms receipt of the document.

  If the permit is issued on paper (upon request or according to the requirements of the issuing authority), the receiver prints the permit, delivers it to the applicant (or his legal representative) and confirms receipt.
