  Including the company in the inspection schedule and issuing the inspection order, informing the economic agent.

  Receiving the list of deficiencies completed by the economic agent and evidence regarding the measures taken to remove the identified deficiencies, if applicable, a letter presenting the additions, with the action of reception and evaluation of the data presented.

  Indication of GMP compliance of the economic agent.

  The certificate can be received at the MMDA counter.
