  Step 1: Filing of a request/application

  Modalities for submitting:

  - at the Agency’s counter atthe following address: Str. Andrei Doga no. 24, block 1, MD-2024, Chisinau, Republic of Moldova; 

  - online, by clicking on the link (https://e-service.agepi.gov.md/);

  - by e-mail, application@agepi.gov.md, (the application will be considered filed on the date of receipt of the e-mail, if AGEPI receives the original of the application within one month from the date of receipt of the e-mail, except for the electronic document signed with digital signature).

  Step 2. Payment of the service

  - directly at the counter; 

  - by bank transfer;

  - through the government electronic payment service MPay (https://mpay.gov.md).

  Step 3. Processing and Examination

  Registration of data from documents in an electronic system

  1. Receipt of the application;
  2. Examination of compliance with the conditions provided for in the Regulations;
  3. Preparation of the information note to the Chairman of the Attestation Commission on the date and time of the meeting;
  4. Preparation of the Order on the creation of the Attestation Commission;
  5. Preparation and dispatch of the letters to the candidates for obtaining the qualification of authorized IP attorney on the date and time of the attestation.
  6. Attestation of applicants to obtain certificates of authorized attorney;
  7. Drawing up of the minutes of the meeting of the Attestation Commission;
  8. Preparation of the Order on registration and issuance of the certificates of authorized IP attorney;
