  Step 1. Filing of the application

  The application shall be filed with the Agency counter at the address: 24/1, Andrei Doga Str., Chisinau, sent by post to the said address or sent by e-mail: cerere@agepi.gov.md

  Step 2. Payment of the service

  - directly at the counter; 

  - by bank transfer;

  - through the government electronic payment service MPay (https://mpay.gov.md).

  Step 3. Processing and Examination

  The examiner shall conduct the document retrieval on the identification of intellectual property objects (inventions, plant varieties, trademarks, geographical indications, appellations of origin, traditional specialties guaranteed, industrial designs/models, copyright and related rights) owned by the natural persons or legal entities mentioned in request.

  Step 4. Delivery of the response to the applicant

  The letter may be sent by post or e-mail.
