  Step 1. Filing of the request for change of the holder of economic rights

  The applicant or his representative shall file a request for change of the holder of economic rights and the set of documents certifying the transfer of the economic rights.

  The request shall be filed with the Agency’s office at the address: Chisinau, 24/1, Andrei Doga Str., or sent by e-mail: cerere@agepi.gov.md.

  Step 2. Payment of the service

  - directly at the counter; 

  - by bank transfer;

  - through the government electronic payment service MPay (https://mpay.gov.md).

  Step 3. Examination of the application and the documents attached

  The application filed and the documents attached shall be examined according to the procedure. The applicant shall be notified of the removal of detected irregularities, as appropriate.

  Step 4. Issuance of the decision to change the holder of economic rights or issuance of the decision to refuse

  Following the examination of the application and the documents attached to the application, the decision to change the holder of economic rights shall be issued. If the applicant fails to remove the detected irregularities, AGEPI shall issue the decision of refusal.

  Step 5. Issuance of the certificate of change of the holder of economic rights, which is a component part of the certificate of registration of subject-matters of copyright and related rights, issued previously

  As a result of taking the decision to change the holder of economic rights, AGEPI shall issue the certificate of change of the holder of economic rights, which is a component part of the registration certificate, issued previously.

  The certificate may be received at the Agency’s office
