  Step 1: Filing of a request/application

  Application filing methods:

  -  with the Agency counter at the address: 24/1, Andrei Doga Str., MD-2024, Chisinau, Republic of Moldova;

  -  by e-mail, cerere@agepi.gov.md, (the application shall be deemed filed on the date of receipt of the e-mail, if AGEPI receives the original application within one month from the date of receipt of the e-mail, except for the electronic document signed with digital signature).

  Step 2. Payment of the service

  - directly at the counter; 

  - by bank transfer;

  - through the government electronic payment service MPay (https://mpay.gov.md)

  Step 3. Processing and Examination

  Registration of data from documents in an electronic system

  1) Receipt of the application;

  2) Introduction into the DB;

  3) Entry in the Register;

  4) Examination of compliance with the conditions provided for in the Regulations on Registration of Assignment, License, Pledge and Franchising Contracts on Industrial Property Objects, approved by Government Decision No. 612 of 12.08.2011;

  5) Drafting of the registration/rejection/withdrawal decision (as appropriate);

  Step 4. Drafting of the certificate confirming the change (as appropriate)

  Introduction into the base;

  Entry in the Register;

  Publication in the Official Bulletin of Intellectual Property (BOPI).
