  Step 1: Submit the application

  Applications can be submitted online by both individuals and legal entities using the "Solicită" button. Additionally, you can order an apostille for your police clearance certificate and home delivery via MDelivery: https://mdelivery.gov.md/

  Step 2. Pay the fee

  The service is paid exclusively via MPay. * After submitting the application with the necessary consents and paying the fee, it is not refundable.

  Step 3. Check the status of the requested service

  You can find out the current status of your request, by using the respective service via entering the order number

  Step 4. Obtain the certificate

  You can recieve the certificate:

  • At the institution's windows;
  • At the local police inspectorates;
  • The electronic version of the service can be downloaded at any time from the citizen's Personal Account (MCabinet): https://mcabinet.gov.md/ro;
  • Via MDelivery (*Delivery begins the next (business) day after the certificate is issued).

  Step 5. Check the authenticity of the certificate

  Check the authenticity of the public service result by downloading the digital version of the document and using the msign.gov.md service
