Annual material aid for participants in the Second World War from among the categories specified in art. 7 paragraph (2) point 1) letters a)-e) of Law no. 190/2003 regarding veterans, for persons with disabilities from the Second World War from among the categories specified in art. 8 paragraph (2) letter a) of the law indicated, as well as for people who were classified as disabled as a result of injury, contusion, paralysis, being trained by local public administration authorities to collect ammunition and military equipment, demining the territory and objects in the years of the Second World War
The right to annual material aid benefits: war participants:
a) the military who have completed their service in the subunits, military units, major states and military institutions, who during the Second World War or during other combat actions for the defence of the former U.S.S.R. were part of the active army, as well as the persons who worked in partisan detachments;
b) soldiers who participated in the Second World War within the Romanian army and are citizens of the Republic of Moldova;
c) civile employees of the Armed Forces, internal affairs bodies and state security bodies of the former U.S.S.R., who during the Second World War held positions according to the states in subunits, military units, major states and military institutions in the active military composition;
d) persons who during the Second world were part of the subunits, military units, headquarters and military institutions of the active army and navy as sons (disciples) of the regiment or student sailors;
e) persons who, during the Second World War, participated in the military actions against fascist Germany carried out on the territories of other states, being members of partisan detachments, illegal organizations and other anti-fascist formations; disabled people from the war:
a) the military, including those transferred to the reserve (retired), who have completed their military service (including the sons (disciples) of the regiment or sailor students) or were temporarily in the subunits, military units, major staffs and military institutions that were part of the active army, partisans, workers and civil servants who were classified as disabled as a result of injury, contusion, paralysis or a disease contracted during the Second World War in the areas where the actions of fighting, in the sectors near the front of railways, highways, in the construction of defence lines, military maritime bases, airfields;
g) people who were framed as disabled due to injury, contusion, paralysis, being trained by the local public administration authorities to collect ammunition and military equipment, to demining the territory and objects during the Second World War.
